Each room is painted in soft pastel tones, complemented by clean, white furniture that creates a peaceful, cozy ambiance.

Upon entry, you’ll find a welcoming hallway leading through charming arched passages into the spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the other side, you'll find the two comfortable bedrooms:
• The main bedroom features a generous queen size bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk, making it ideal for both relaxation and work.
• The second bedroom, a bit smaller, is perfect for two with its twin single beds and storage drawers. The closet for this room is in the entrance hallway, behind the corner.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the living room dining table can be extended to seat up to 6 people comfortably. For extra flexibility, the pull-out sofa in the living room accommodates an additional guest, bringing the total capacity to 5. The apartment has two spacious and beautiful bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—ensuring you have ample space to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The amenities include Air Conditioning and Independent Heating, High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with internet access (Netflix included), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and 4-burner gas stove.

Additional Rules & Information

• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.

• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.

• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page

• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.

• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.

• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.

• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.

• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.

• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
