San Moisè is a true house located halfway between St. Mark's Square and the La Fenice Theatre, the two most important monuments in the San Marco District.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a small building overlooking East and South onto a picturesque canal, the square and the spectacular Church of San Moisé, one of the most notable examples of Baroque architecture.
Calle Larga XXII Marzo is the High Street where the most important luxury brands compete for their boutiques and there are numerous excellent restaurants and cafés nearby.
Moreover, the most important luxury hotels in the city such as Gritti, Bauer, Luna Baglioni, Westin Europa & Regina, Monaco, are located in the immediate vicinity: this apartment is much more spacious and comfortable than one of their hotel rooms, while being decidedly more affordable.
The San Marco Vallaresso vaporetto stop is only 2 minutes on foot, while if you take a private water taxi you can dock within 2 minutes on foot and without bridges in between.
The apartment is flooded with natural light throughout the day. Elegant interiors and remarkable works of art confer prestige and a sense of welcome. It develops over approximately 100 square metres: entering the central corridor, one can access the spacious living room on the left, the functional and well-equipped kitchen, or the bedroom area on the right. The living room is the most important room for its incomparable panoramic view that ranges from the Canal to the Church, to the Square and the historic buildings all around! Every window offers a different perspective on the splendid surroundings, including St. Mark's Campanile and the Grand Canal in the background.
The main bedroom is also very spacious and bright, furnished with a beautiful antique wardrobe and a chest of drawers, with direct access to a remarkable en-suite bathroom in white and green marble, equipped with a bathtub and large shower cabin. The second bedroom is much smaller and is furnished with two single beds and a small wardrobe. A second smaller bathroom with a shower, also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, completes the picture.
